I made this about 3 weeks ago and forgot the process details. Just remember I really liked it and it made GREAT toast! You can read about it here.

Thanks, Joanna. Fighting with the toast bread right now. Didn't work out at all... Somehow, I must have miscalculated the amount of dough for my toast bread tin, it wouldn't rise beyond half the height of the tin, so I took it all out and stuck it into a normal loaf pan. So sad! Oven is preheating right now...
