I prefer the metric system to be used for ever and ever. I believe I have stated this already, but no one is listening.
The VT sourdough is one of my favorites, the corn bread was tasty and the challah was great fun to bread. I gave the beer bread to a friend of mine who makes beer and he loved it but I won't make it again.
