Pullman loaf

I used a 16x4x4 pan and used all the dough, which was still too much, and covered it in tin foil, and cooked it an additional 40 minutes since after the first 40 the center felt uncooked. during mixing i had wished i sifted the milk powder because i kept having to pick out pieces.
