Since the interest in this second round of Hamelman Bread seems to have diminished, It has been decided that we'll simply re-post the previous go at the Baking Challenge and anyone who wishes to bake along can do so at their own pace and post their results in the appropriate threads, even if they are a little dated. The info you'll find in them is certainly still as valid as it originally was and the tips and observations don't become dated just by having been posted a couple of years back.

Feel free to add your own baking results, jump forwards and back as you wish, skip whatever loaves aren't to you or your family's liking... remember, this is still "mellow".
