Made this a few weeks ago - worked out great. No pics sadly. I mixed up the biga the night before, the dough the next morning, then left it in the fridge all day for dinner that evening. The only problem I had was stretching the dough thin and evenly - it ended up a bit thick and uneven, lumpy, in places.
Made two pizzas: Topping #1: tomato, mozzarella, basil. Topping #2: roast pumpkin, caramelised onion, feta (this one was the best).
