Corn bread

I think this bread is more like 'bread with cornmeal' than actual corn bread.  But it turned out nicely.  The taste wasn't super exciting, but it's a nice easy bread.  I was concerned while I was mixing it because it was very, very wet.  I had let the corn soak in the water for a half hour, but I would recommend not pouring all the water in at this stage because you don't need it all to soak the corn.  But I added an extra 100g of flour and 2g of salt and it seemed to sort itself out.

Those loaves look great, nice job! Do you taste the corn a lot?
I noticed more than 50% of the used flour is still regular bread flour in the recipe.

I only have semolina for dusting etc but that's too rough so I'll have to go shopping before baking these. In the meantime, I have another sponge of sourdough waiting haha can't resist!
