Hi everyone,

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there an error on the Home column when it comes to yeast? I try to work with the metric system and 0.6% of 905g (total flour) is 5.7g. If you consider it's dry yeast then I believe the formula is that dry yeast = fresh yeast * 40% which amounts to 2.28g.

If we convert 0.06 oz to grams in google we get 1.7g.

I'm all up for using less yeast, but I wonder if I'm calculating anything wrong or if the book is wrong?
