Ulrike's last semolina
« on: January 27, 2012, 01:34:29 PM »
The semolina bread with whole grain soaker

is the last bread of the book for now.

I baked 72 of 84 breads, I learned a lot.

We still prefer the non-bread flavours on but in breads. Without this group I wouldn't have tried breads like Aloo Paratha or baked the Bialys again. Perhaps I bake the ciabattas in summer and definitely I bake the Hot Cross Buns for easter.

I am excited what's next.

Wow! Fantastic achievement Ulrike.

I agree with you on the non-bread flavours - well, mostly: the roast garlic was a highlight for me. :snicker:

I look forward to seeing your HML creations.
