Those were great! Thanks for putting those up!  It's amazing what you can learn just from watching someone vs. reading about it.

Thanks so much for the videos!! These are very helpful for me, as I just started the group and actually just made my first bread from it yesterday.  Will be watching these videos alot now til I get the technique's down.
