Well this was fun! Got to use my digital thermometer and drink the left over bottle conditioned beer - result!

I chose a porter beer because of the more robust flavour. I used white flour because i wanted to guage the flavour the beer barm was adding.

I kneeded for 10 minutes and did hourly folds.

excellent loaf with a good crumb and a pleasant taste. best white bread i have made. Will definitely repeat this with other flours.
