If my count is right, we're about six months' into the bake. I'm love to hear what others have found to be their favorite(s) so far. For me, it's a tie between two quite different breads.
One is the Alsace Loaf, which goes so well with so many things while having its own distinct flavor.
The other, for me and esp. my significant other, is the cinnamon-raisin bread. That one has become the main comfort food at our house this past summmer--and definitely will continue to be as the weather finally begins to get colder.
Others? I wonder if I've missed a good loaf and recipe from months back that I should go back and try...
All general purpose discussions that aren't really related to bread making can happen in here. (Please, no politics or religion; that never works out well.)

I liked the rye cherry and fennel loaf because it was very different. The Alsace loaf was good too, but I made the onion and bay leaf loaf this afternoon and that was great too... Okay, I choose the Alsace loaf.
