I just wanted to ask if anyone had any comments about supermarket ownbrand (or even other types) white bread flour that contains vitamin C. I have noticed that Asda, Waitrose and Aldi own brand white bread flours already have it added, I assume to give it a bit of help and speed up the rising time. Does anyone think it makes a difference?
