Cathy's Normandy Apple Bread with Einkorn Flour

I didn't have any milled whole wheat flour so I substituted Einkorn flour.  It's hard to describe the flavor of the Einkorn because the apples sort of take over the flavor of the bread.  All I know is that I like this bread. It was overcast today so this was a nice treat.
