A note to new members:

To those who have just joined us recently, don't worry that you "missed" any of these breads. Remember that we are selecting the breads we do randomly, there isn't a set order to follow other than what the random bread picker picked.So even if you start today and do the March breads, you can hop back and do any of the previous breads at your leisure and still post in the past threads.

Remember we're Mellow so do what suits you best!

Okay, I'll play!

Favorites  :drool:
* brioche!
* whole wheat levain with multigrain soaker
* pain de mie
* ciabatta with poolish

Only one I really didn't like at all  noway
* Irish soda bread

Surprises  :woot:
* I was surprised to love the brioche, since I've never met a brioche I liked before now.
* I successfully tackled the Horst-Bandel and my dad LOVED it!
* We actually really enjoyed the golden raisin bread (usually don't like fruit in our breads).

Missing  nopom
* Still haven't made the three-stage sourdough rye, but I will!!!

The ones I remember are: -

The darn Toast bread - someone keeps asking for it
Normandie Apple Bread - for the layers of flavours and the mysteries of cider
Challah - for the sheer satisfaction of finally tackling braiding
Horst Bandel - the challenge of the legend...
Ciabatta with Poolish - feel the fear and do it anyway
Brioche - personal favourite but sadly not for everyday!
Three Stage 80% rye bread - just a great bread - personal favourite no 2
