Nat's Apple Rolls
« on: February 18, 2011, 08:23:19 AM »
Hi! Dried an apple in oven, only 1/4 of apple was left and hence only made 4 small rolls! Hehee :snicker: :snicker:
Anyway I love this bread, love the bits of sweet apples in the bread  :yumm:
The other bread on the back is Michel Suas' Chocolate Bread, you may find my blog here:

Very yummy looking rolls!  When I dry apples I will have to remember to use ALOT of fresh apple.  Chocolate bread looks wonderful too.  I looked at the recipe and it will have to wait until I get a starter going.  It will be at the top of my 'to do' list.  Good job!!!
