zorra´s Country Bread

As promised here the photo.



I think I managed it quite well. It has a very crisp crust but soft crumb. Y. loves it. And I will make it for sure againg. The posts can be read on my blog here and here.

I think you managed it beautifully!   :clap: Much nicer than mine  :D

 I didn't think to put mine to rise in the oven. I experimented with making a proving chamber out of a large plastic box and a heat pad which gets used for bad backs.  It sort of worked but it's hard to keep the temperature consistent even so, but I'm working on it as I need to find a way to create a stable highish temperature for making the lieveto for my Christmas panettone.

you're such a wonderful baker, look how that crust is crispy and fluffy crumb too... 10 out of 10! :yumm:
