Cathy's Really Mellow Beer Bread with Purple Barley
« on: July 14, 2010, 10:22:29 AM »
Here is my Beer Bread with Roasted Purple Barley.  I know it's mid-July, but I am a mellow baker you see.  Plus, I was waiting for the beer to be ready.

I made beer bread with organic purple barley from Montana and IPA beer that my boyfriend made.  I also baked one loaf in my la cloche rather than letting it rise in the bannetone and then baking it on the baking stone.
