Hi Tom, I saw a message that the errata link was going to a not found page and I see the one you mean but I will leave it for Paul to sort out when he is back home as it is in one of his posts.
(I moderated here while Paul was moving house and he is currently in Paris, France at Europain) but I can see from your message below that you have got a copy of the errata OK from higher up in the thread. I don't think any of us were particularly happy about the errata but on the other hand at least we have the list and Paul usually highlights them in his intro posts to the month's breads as and when they come up. It's a great book and I make the Vermont Sourdough with increased whole grain all the time, it's my go to sourdough at home. Hope you have a great time with Bread
