I've made this one many times in the last year or so - it's a great bread if you've no starter ripe, but can still hang around the house for most of the day. Great flavour and a good holey crumb.

This one has 30% wholemeal flour because I ran out of white flour. Thus, not as many holes, but a good flavour.
