Natashya's 6-fold French Bread

Yummy bread! Surprisingly complex for same-day.
The dough reminded me of ciabatta, so wet and spongy by the end of the folds.

Beautiful baguettes!! Love the holes in the slice picture.  Yes, this one does require a good chunk of time to complete.  No time to dash out and do errands in between folds I think.
