Though not participating actively at all in the Mellow Bakers Challenge, I still follow closely what happens here.
Today I was browsing the interwebs and look what I found:

Wonder what are the big differences and if it's worth the buy... it's a fantastic book and probably the best I have when it comes to baking bread both on a amateur and professional level.
